Bought these as a gift for my brother, he loves them! He had to exchange for a larger size which was really easy and free of charge so thank you!
I bought a Taylor Eye Witness Folding Knife and had it engraved as a Tribute to my Brother who died (54) and ordered it on a Friday evening. Had a email on the Monday saying order processed, Tuesday the postman delivered it. Excellent service and Communication, what more can you ask really. 11/10

Bought a beautiful engraved ice bucket for my husband's 40th birthday. Very lovely, but unfortunately we found it leaked! I contacted Farrer and Tanner and they couldn't have been more helpful - no quibbling, I was given a free returns label and a replacement was sent immediately, arriving before I had even managed to get the original in the post. The replacement is perfect. Very impressed!
Beautiful pocket watch, the detail is lovely and it has a nice weight to it too. For the price I was quite surprised. Really impressed, and the recipient absolutely loved it.
